Hi, All
First, for anyone having any problems bringing up the freePatternWizard pattern creation software by using the top drop-down menu, feel free to Take This Link
Our showcase has been updated. If you've previously uploaded a showcase in the past, please check to see if it's been posted; meanwhile, if you want to submit one (or another one, if you've already posted before), feel free to do so!
Also note we now have an additional (optional) assembly page for the freePatternWizard. This is for larger pieces that have multiple pages. Much smaller patterns won't need this.
To freePatternWizard paid Premium subscribers having problems logging in:
If you're logged into your Stitchboard account (shows "Hi, name" in the upper right corner of each page), you can ignore the rest of this message.
If you're not logged into your Stitchboard account and you are a freePatternWizard paid Premium subscriber, please take this link one time to verify your subscription(s). It will also ask you to change your password. Again, you only need to do this once.
If you are not a paid Premium subscriber and are having problems logging in, try logging into the Stitchboard website. If you see an "Invalid login username or password" message, you may need to re-register at this link or by clicking the "Register" link at the top of the page. If you try re-registering and get a "duplicate email address" message, you'll need to go through the "password change" function by using this link.
To read a particular post, simply click on it!

thanks Melanie!
BTW trust and believe i wont be offering any help! im pretty sure we arent even supposed to be "associating" with each other since we are both "addicts!"
LOL
#CarryOnThereIsNothingToSeeHere
Welcome!

We're planning C2C already, so thanks for letting us know you're interested!
Is this feature going to be up and running soon? I ran across this thread and it got me super excited! I'm new to C2C and to this site. I'm kinda in love with both!
Hi,
When you reach the end of the row, you pull up a loop in the last stitch, the you pull another loop through the one you just pulled up (ch 1) before starting your return. Then yarn over and pull through the ch and your first return stitch.
If you don't put that "extra ch" there, your piece will decrease by one stitch.
One more note about the word chart, at the beginning of your row, count your first stitch. So you'll actually start your count with 2.
I find the word charts are much easier than the graph.

Hope this helps.
Line,
LOL, you're right, that's exactly what kindergarten teachers are doing. But my husband is still in his terrible twos, so he can't be considered a kindergarten teacher.

Wow, I had no idea! Kids are pretty advanced at early ages these days!

I agree...your game plan is nothing short of genius, simply following his inability to wear the hat when the weather gets warmer.

Oh, no!
Hope you get a chance here and there
for a nap, so you can feel refreshed!Hugs,
Melanie
