Thread crochet chair back.
Made this from a rose pattern taught to me by my Grandma when I was about 8 yrs old. I crocheted many of these roses for afghans from yarn. This time I thought, "why not thread?".

Castlemum,
Such a pretty afghan, and beautifully enhanced by the pops of color. My address is...lol.
Love finding treasures in old books and magazines. Sometimes it takes a bit of work to "decode" very old patterns, but well worth it!

Castlemum,
A chair cloth is a great idea! In size 10, wow, that must have taken a minute. Lol, I totally get it, though...working on things that are large, time consuming, etc...lol, can definitely relate. Simple? Yeah, okay, let someone else enjoy that...my brain doesn't work that way.
An owner of a bead store once said she liked to step down from the complicated pieces and occasionally make a stringing project...instant gratification. Argh, too bad that doesn't work for all of us!
